The most common reason for e-mail not sending and receiving is that you simply need to sign back in to Google. To sign back in please follow these steps:
- Close all Microsoft Outlook windows
- Wait 15 seconds
- Launch Microsoft Outlook
- Check for a Google window asking you to Sign in (pictured below). Sometimes this window is hidden behind other programs so please check carefully. If you cannot locate this screen please Submit a Ticket.


- After confirming your e-mail address is correct, click Continue
- Your default web browser will then launch. If necessary, provide your Google password
- After providing your password, you will be provided a list of permissions being required. Scroll to the bottom and click the Allow button
- Return to Microsoft Outlook and see if your e-mail is working. If not, please Submit a Ticket.
