Print Screen Not Working

If the print screen function is not working on your computer please make sure that Greenshot (the print screen program) is running. To do this check the bottom right hand corner to see if the logo for the program is there it is a green "G" and looks like , hover over the icon to make sure it does not disappear. if the program is not running go to your start menu and search for "Greenshot". you should get something like this for results: click on the greenshot icon and after a second you should be able to print screen. If this does not work please submit a ticket.
