Internet Down or Slow

  1. Unplug the power cord to the modem.
  2. Unplug the power cord to the router.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the modem back in first. 
  5. Wait 1 minute.
  6. Plug the router back in.
  7. Wait 2 minutes and check to see if your internet issues are resolved.
