Not Receiving E-Mail from a Particular Person

Please check your Junk E-Mail and Deleted Items folders to see if the missing e-mail might be in those folders.  If it is in one of those folders you may have accidentally blocked the person or created a rule that is automatically routing the messages to those folders.  Contact the IT department if you need further assistance.
